Refinery Artist Management LLC ("Refinery," "we," "us") offers SMS text messaging for customer care and service-related communications. This page describes how our SMS program works and your rights.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Refinery Artist Management, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to:
- Customer care: Responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations, and service updates
- Account notifications: Important information about your account or our services
- Agent-to-owner communications: Direct service-related messages between Refinery management and clients
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:
- Providing your phone number directly to Refinery Artist Management and giving verbal or written consent
- Texting a designated keyword to our business number
- Submitting your phone number through a form on our website with an opt-in checkbox
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Emailing us at ryan@refineryartists.com with the subject "SMS Opt-Out"
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Refinery Artist Management is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
