Refinery Artist Management LLC ("Refinery," "we," "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This policy describes how to request deletion of your information from our systems.

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at ryan@refineryartists.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your interactions
• A clear statement requesting deletion of your personal data

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Happens Next

Once verified, we will:

• Delete your personal data from our active databases
• Direct our service providers to delete your data from their systems
• Retain only a record of the deletion request itself for compliance

Exceptions

We may retain certain information when necessary to:

• Complete an ongoing transaction or fulfill a contractual obligation
• Detect or protect against fraud, security incidents, or illegal activity
• Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, court orders)
• Exercise or defend legal claims

Response Time

We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is needed (up to 90 days), we will notify you with an explanation.
